Mentilead is a brand of Aggregatit ("we", "us", "our"). We operate the website mentilead.com and develop Shopify apps for B2B merchants. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, and message you provide. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 for spam protection when you have accepted cookies.
Cookie preferences. We store your cookie consent choice in your browser's local storage. No cookie is set unless you click "Accept".
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used solely for security monitoring and debugging.
2. How We Use Your Information and Lawful Basis
- Contact form inquiries: We process your submissions to respond to your inquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Spam protection (reCAPTCHA): Google reCAPTCHA is loaded on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through our cookie consent banner.
- Server logs: We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and availability of our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Google reCAPTCHA v3. The contact form requires cookies to be accepted so that Google reCAPTCHA can verify you are not a bot. Google may transfer data to the US; appropriate safeguards are in place via Standard Contractual Clauses. This service is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Resend. Contact form submissions are delivered via Resend, an email delivery service based in the US. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
AWS. The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Frankfurt). All data is processed within the EU. AWS processes data in accordance with their Privacy Notice and the AWS Data Processing Addendum.
4. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only third-party cookie is set by Google reCAPTCHA when you accept cookies, which is required to use the contact form. You can change your cookie preference at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are deleted within 12 months of the inquiry being resolved, unless a longer retention is required for legal purposes. Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@mentilead.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Denmark, this is Datatilsynet ( datatilsynet.dk).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where changes affect processing based on your consent, we will seek renewed consent.
